Product and collaboration
Use the contact form below for product, contract and operator questions. The message is delivered through the central SMTP service exclusively to info@t-api.app.
Alternatively, email info@t-api.app directly. For an organisational enquiry, name the education provider and a contact person, but do not include credentials or business data.
Support for customer portals
For usage or data questions, portal users first contact their education provider's first-level support, for example the administration office. It knows the business data in Tocco and the agreed support route.
The education provider escalates qualified technical cases to t-api. Immediate security reports are always accepted at info@t-api.app.
Data-minimising reports
Never send passwords, API keys, one-time codes, session cookies, calendar subscription URLs, complete participant lists, grades or attendance values by email.
For initial technical triage, the education provider's name, time, affected view, expected behaviour and a visible request ID are sufficient.
