Plan programmes as graphs

Build new deliveries generically from one or more Tocco programmes as versioned graphs, validate them and create them in a controlled way.

The guided flow imports one or more related Tocco programmes read-only as a graph draft. Each event node decides whether it is created or reused and whether billing items, grading structure, learning objectives, registration questions and answer options are copied. Billing is configured generically per node at programme or intermediate study level and can be deliberately excluded from shared delivery nodes—without customer-specific code. Shared deliveries are created exactly once; registrations and lecturer bookings are never copied. Appointments are shifted relative to the new start and planned in the built-in instance calendar.

From blueprint to an operational instance

The programme studio is in acceptance. Its instance calendar is part of the studio; the organisation-wide calendar remains separately purchasable and enabled. Studio activation requires an eligible plan, a separate module flag, a current capability profile and completed TESTSYSTEM and business evidence.
