Participants receive a personal, read-only view of released information. Editing and business approval remain in Tocco.

Personal information in the portal

Every view is derived from the signed-in person and the data released in Tocco.

Review past dates, the attendance status recorded in Tocco and attendance achieved for each event.

Entirely read-only: attendance is recorded by teaching staff or in the Tocco back office.

View upcoming and past course appointments as a personal agenda with room, location and online link.

The view is entirely read-only and shows the calendar link only when personally shared in Tocco.

View completed ongoing assessments separately from calculated results and promotions.

Visibility, date window and level of detail are enforced server-side from Tocco.

Request and download configured certificates and confirmations based on personal visible results.

Tocco generates the PDF; t-api rechecks access and does not store its content permanently.
